1. Reasons: Dividend payment 2009 by share and for a ballot
+ Stock type: Common stock
+ Exercise rate: 100:11 (Shareholders are entitled to have 1 dividend right for every 1 share they own. Shareholders receive 11 new shares for every 100 dividend rights they own, new shares is rounded down to unit digit, decimal fraction will be paid in cash as par value)
