Prakas for valuation firms completed
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia has set out the guidelines for firms to be accredited as valuation companies for the Kingdom’s planned stock exchange, in a prakas, or edict, obtained yesterday.
Valuation companies will be required to have operated in Cambodia for three years before the application date, and have total assets of 8 billion riel (US$1.97 million) and 0.5 million riel (US$123,000) capital, among other criteria.
