NTB: Announcement of canceling the ballot of shareholders

According to Resolution No.585/NQ-HDQT on December 16, 2010, the Board of Directors of Transport Engineering Construction & Business Investment Stock Company 584 (TECBIS 584 JSC) decided not to ballot shareholders on:

1/ Adjusting the business plan in 2010:

Reason: If ballots are sent to shareholders and shareholders resend them to the Company, it could take until the end of December 2010. Therefore, the collecting of shareholders’ ballots in order to issue a resolution (In the case that shareholders agree) will be early January 2011 while Fiscal Year 2010 ends and time to hold Annual General Meeting 2011 is coming. So, the Board of Directors will report the profit and loss of 2010 in Annual General Meeting 2011.

2/ Electing additional member to the Board of Directors:  

Reason: At the present, there are 05 people in the Board of Directors. Pursuant to the Company’s Charter, this number still ensures the operation of the Board of Directors. Therefore, the Board of Directors will ask shareholders in Annual General Meeting 2011 whether the Company should elect more BOD members or not.
