HOSE announces the record date for the 2010 Annual General Meeting of NBB Investment Corporation:
• Stock symbol: NBB
• Stock type: Common stock
• Par value: VND10,000
• Ex-right date: December 24, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on December 24 & 27, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.)
• Record date: December 28, 2010
• Purpose: To hold the 2010 extraordinary shareholders’ meeting
• Exercise: 1:1(01 share – 01 right to vote)
• Time of implementation: estimated before January 20, 2011
• Place of implementation: Will be notice later.
• Content of the meeting:
- Approval for the delisting of the share issue plan according to the resolution of the 2009 annual general meeting dated April 27, 2010;
- Approval for a new plan of issuing 2,600,000 shares, to increase the charter capital from VND154 billion to VND180 billion.
