DVD: Suspended a share issue

The State Securities Committee of Vietnam decided to suspend a share issue of Vien Dong Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Vien Dong Pharma JSC) (HOSE: DVD) as follows:

Article 1: Suspending a share issue approved by a License No. 652/UBCK-GCN on August 25, 2010 of Vien Dong Pharma JSC.

Article 2: Within 07 days as from the date of suspending the issue, Vien Dong Pharma JSC must announce the suspension on an electronic journal or a newspaper in consecutive 03 parts; withdraw shares which shareholders request and repay money to the shareholders within 15 days as from the date of request.

- The company must stop using capital from the issue.

- The company must explain the mistake in its prospectus which made loss for shareholders.

Article 3: The company must implement the decision.

Article 4: The decision will made 04 copies.

Article 5: The decision is valid as from November 19, 2010 and within 60 days.
