On December 16, 2010, the Board of Directors of Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company (HOSE: BTT) unanimously approved to pay the second dividend installment of 2010:

• Payment rate: 10%/par value

• Trading method: In cash or transfer

• Record date: January 04, 2011

• Payment date: January 20, 2011
