VNS: VNS corrects a BOD resolution

Vietnam Sun Corporation (HoSE: VNS) announced Resolution No. 21/QD-HDQT of the Board of Directors. However, the Company made mistakes in typing. The Company, therefore, would like to correct as follows:

Content announced in the previous resolution:

+ Purpose: To hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting, which was held under the method of balloting shareholders on a private issuance of 7.5 million shares to increase charter capital to VND374,999,999,997,000.

Correct content:

+ Purpose: To hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting, which was held under the method of balloting shareholders on a private issuance of 7.5 million shares to increase charter capital to VND374,999,999,970,000.
