Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (Thuduc House) (HOSE: TDH) announced the change in the capital contribution ratio in Phong Duc Construction Company:

1. Company name: Phong Duc Construction Company

Business License: 0304028543 granted by the Department of Planning & Investment of Hochiminh city for the first time on October 11, 2005 and adjusted for the fifth time on November 12, 2010.

2. Head office: 9/7 Road No.3, Dong hamlet, Bing Trung Dong ward, district 2, Hochiminh city.

3. Charter capital: VND10 billion.

4. List of members contributing capital:

- Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation: 47.75% (the previous ratio: 65%)

- Phong Phu Corporation: 35%.

- Other members: 17.25%.

5. Legal representative: Mr. Pham Dinh Khang – Director.
