TCM: The record date for bonus issuance
Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company announces the record date for the additional issuance of stock as follows:
• Stock symbol: TCM
• Stock type: Common Stock
• Par value: VND10,000
• Ex-right date: December 02, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on December 02 & 03, 2010, sellers will not receive the right)
• Record date: December 06, 2010
• Exercise ratio: 100:03
- Each shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 03 new shares. The number of bonus shares distributed to shareholders will be rounded down. The fractional parts will be canceled.
For example: At the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 150 shares, the calculation (150 x 3):100= 4.5 shares. Therefore, he will receive 4 shares and 0.5 share will be cancelled
- Rights to receive bonus shares are transferable.
- Expected issue volume: 1,300,133 shares

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company.
