SMC: SMC completes a share offering
SMC Investment - Trading Joint Stock Company (HoSE: SMC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on a share offering:
Article 1: The Board of Directors decided to end the 2010 share offering with total distributed volume of 9,940,642 shares (99.41% total issue volume).
Total proceeds from the offering: VND195,969,142,000.
The Board of Directors approved to cancel all remaining 59,358 shares.
Article 2: The Board of Directors authorized the financial director to:
- Audit the proceeds;
- Register to adjust the Company’s Charter with new charter capital;
- Report the offering result to the State Securities Commission, register to list new shares on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange and deposit them in the Hochiminh branch of the Vietnam Securities Depository.
Article 3: The Board of Directors, the Management and Financial Director are responsible for implement this resolution.
Article 4: This resolution takes effect from October 23, 2010.
