SHI: SonHa Corp. to buy back stock

Son Ha International Corporation (SonHa Corporation) has registered to repurchase its stock:

• Number of treasury stock before trading: 0 share

• Number of shares registered to buy back: 1,500,000 shares

• Financial resource: Capital surplus and retained profit.

• Trading method: Order-matching or put-through.

• Trading volume each day: The minimum buying volume everyday is equal to 3% and the maximum is 5% of the registered volume. And the trading volume everyday is not more than 10% of the trading volume of the previous trading day.
