Song Da Trading and Transport JSC has disclosed the results of its Extraodinary Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Seasoned issue plan

- Total volume of shares to be offered: 7,000,000 shares

- Stock type: Common stock

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Total value of sharse to be offered: VND 70,000,000,000

- New Charter Capital: VND 150,000,000,000

- Offer for outstanding shareholders:

+ Volume of shares to be offered: 4,000,000 shares

+ Exercise rate: 2 : 1 (Shareholder entitle to buy 1 new share for every 02 shares they own)

+ Total value of sold shares: VND 48,000,000,000

- Offer for partners:

+ Volume of shares to be offered: 3,000,000 shares

+ Price: VND 15,000/share

+ Total value of sold shares: VND 45,000,000,000

2. Depositing at VSD and listing on HNX

3. Operating result of first 9 months 2010:

- Revenue: VND 689,114,859,614

- Profit before tax: VND 23,175,286,016
