On October 20, 2010, the Board of Directors of Petroleum Industrial & Civil Construction Joint Stock Company unanimously approved to hold the 2010 extraordinary shareholders’ meeting to pass the following contents:

- Dividend rate in 2010;

- Plan to issue new shares to increase the Company’s charter capital;

- Adjusting the Company’s Charter;

- Personnel changes in the Board of Directors.
