PVL: Clarifying some related news on media lately

On 9/11/2010, in some presses have announced an article related to PetroVietnam Power Land JSC that affect on the company prestige, business operation as well as its current management board. PetroVietnam Power Land JSC clarified this information as follows:

- Mr. Dang Sy Hung - Ex Head of Planning Department of PVL has resigned from 07/07/2010 with effect since 01/09/2010.

- Regarding the prosecution and arrestment of Mr. Dang Sy Hung, PVL has collaborated closely with the police in the investigation and is known as present time there is no specific conclusions from the police about any individual other than Mr. Dang Sy Hung in the violation.

- PVL was established in 2007, and officially listed on HNX from 15/04/2010. PVL is a public company well-knowned in the field of Real Estate Investment, deploying more than 10 major projects in the country and orienting its investment projects abroad. PVL individual's constantly improved the knowledge to acquire the experience in order to keep pace with the development of the country and neighboring countries.
