PVI: Board Resolution
Petrovietnam Insurance announces the Board Resolution approved on 28/10/2010 as follows:
1. Approved on the operating results of the first 9 months of 2010 as follow:
- Revenue: VND 3,642,941 mil (+135,71% compared to same quarter of 2009)
- Profit: VND 246,504 mil (143,66% compared to same quarter of 2009)
2. Approved on the expected operating results of 2010 as follow:
- Revenue: VND 4,268,680 mil
- Cost: VND 3,928,580 mil
- Profit before tax: VND 340,100 mil
- Charter capital: VND 1,597,104 mil
3. Operating plan of 2011 as follow:
- Revenue: VND 4,860,500 mil
- Cost: VND 4,439,820 mil
- Profit before tax: VND 420,680 mil
- Charter capital: VND 1,800,000 mil
4. Approved the BOD’s report of Quarter III/2010
5. Authorized the BOD to decide on the source of fund for repurchase of 5 mil shares for treasury stock at price not higher than book value.
6. Approved on the charter capital increase plan from VND 1,597 bil to VND 1,800 bil and issue convertible bond equivalent to VND 1,500 bil charter capital.
7. Change in BOD:
- Mr. Tran Van Kim has resigned from Director with effect since 31/12/2010
- Mr. Tran Van Quy has resigned from Deputy General Manager and appointed as Director in place of Mr. Tran Van Kim.
8. Other human resources issues.
