NNC: Resolution of the BOD

Nui Nho Stone Co-operation (HoSE: NNC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the transfer of land use right:

* Article 1: In order to expand production, the Board of Directors unanimously approved to receive the transfer of the land use right from the following owner:

* Le Thi Huong:  Transferred area = 2,528 square meters.

* Article 2: Transfer price: VND800,000/square meter.

* Article 3: The Board of Directors authorized Mr. Nguyen Van Nien to contact the landowner above and relating authorities to fulfill procedures of the transfer.

* Article 4: This resolution takes effect from November 12, 2010.
