NHW: Resolution of the BOD

Ngo Han Joint - Stock Company (HoSE: NHW) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to hold the 2010 extraordinary shareholders’ meeting.

Article 2: Purpose: To get shareholders’ ballots on supplementing new business activities.

Article 3: Time and venue:

* Meeting time: In November 2010, after the Company fulfills registration procedures with the State Securities Commission.

* Meeting venue: The meeting hall of Ngo Han Joint - Stock Company.

Km35, Highway 51, Phuoc Thai commune, Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province.

Article 4: The Managing Board are responsible for executing this resolution.

Article 5: This resolution takes effect from October 29, 2010.
