- Market share: 2009, production of sugar and by-product held 7% of whole market with 15 branches and stores
- Total working capital: 1,483,000,000,000 dongs (As at June 30, 2010)
2. Target: Ninh Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company (NSC) – Stock symbol: NHS
3 Relationship: Thanh Thanh Cong J.S Co. is a major of NSC owning 23.24% of NSC’s charter capital; Trading sugar and treacle with NSC.
4. Thanh Thanh Cong J.S Co. delegated a representative in the BOD of NSC
5. NHS share volume owned by Thanh Thanh Cong J.S Co.: 1,882,215 shares (23.24%/charter capital)
