New procedures for electronic tax filings

The Ministry of Finances issued Circular 180/2010/TT-BTC on November 10 governing electronic tax filings. Under procedures set forth in the new regulation, taxpayers can register, declare and pay taxes electronically, except for import and export taxes. Circular No.180 also provides procedures for the issuance, temporary suspension, and redemption of the Certificate of T-VAN service organisations. The new circular takes effect on January 1.
