HPG: Announcement of converting HPG bonds
The Board of Directors of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company (HoSE: HPG)announced the conversion of HPG-CB09 bonds as follows:
- Bond name: Convertible bond of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company matures in 2010.
- Face value: VND1,000,000/bond
- Volume: 1,120,000 bonds
- Issue date: November 30, 2009
- Conversion price: VND37,333/share
- Conversion date: November 30, 2010
- Record date for bondholders: November 25, 2010
- Date to register to convert or not covert bonds: From November 25, 2010 to November 30, 2010.
- After November 30, 2010, if bondholders do not make any registration, they will be considered to register to convert bonds.
- Rights of the bondholders who do not register to convert bonds: Bondholders will receive principal of unconverted bonds within 05 working days from the due date.
- Bondholders will receive shareholder certificates for new shares from December 05, 2010.
