* Ex-right date: November 23, 2010
* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on November 23 & 24, 2010, sellers will not receive the right)
* Record date: November 25, 2010
* Purpose: To ballot shareholders on investment, loans, authorizing representatives or transferring a part or all of 02 projects:
- The project of upgrading and expanding Highway No. 14 from Km817 to Km887 in Dak Nong province;
- The project of upgrading and expanding Highway No. 14 from Pleiku (Km542+00) to Bridge 110 (Km607+850) in Gia Lai province.
