DLG: DLG buys shares of Thanh Hoa Investment JSC

On November 01, 2010, the Board of Directors of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company (HoSE: DLG) unanimously approved to buy 55% of shares of Thanh Hoa Investment Joint Stock Company:

* Thanh Hoa Investment JSC was granted Business License No.3200289962 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Tri province and has a charter capital of VND42 billion.

* Thanh Hoa Investment JSC operates in building hydroelectric projects; producing and distributing electricity;….Now, the Company is investing in Khe Giong Hydroelectric Project in Huong Hoa district, Quang Tri province, with total capital of 4.5 MW and total investment of more than VND95 billion.

* Duc Long Gia Lai Group will buy 231,000 shares (Par value: VND100,000/share) with total value of VND23.1 billion, equivalent to 55% of Thanh Hoa’s charter capital.

* The Board of Directors will assign Mr. Bui Phap, Chairman of Duc Long Gia Lai Group, as the representative for the capital of Duc Long Gia Lai Group in Thanh Hoa Investment JSC after buying stock.
