CYC: Resolution of the BOD

Chang Yih Ceramic Joint Stock Company (HoSE: CYC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors:

Article 1: An extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

The Board of Directors unanimously decided to hold the 2010 extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on November 17, 2010.

Article 2: Capital contribution

The Board of Directors unanimously decided to invest US$120,000 in CYC International Company Limited in Hong Kong.

This resolution was approved by the Board of Directors on September 23, 2010.
