CCI: Resolution on share buyback

Cuchi Commercial And Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CCI) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated November 16, 2010 on share buyback as follows:

Article 1: Approving the share buyback:

• Stock symbol: CCI

• Par value: VND10,000

• Number of shares registered to repurchase: 900,000 shares

• Purpose: To stabilize the AAM price on the market.

• Financial resource: Capital surplus

• Trading period: In 90 days from November, 2010.

• Trading method: Order-matching and put-through

• Principle of valuation: According to market price.

Article 2: Members of the Board of Directors, the Directorate and relating departments are responsible for implementing this resolution.
