- Appointing Mr. Truong Huu Phuoc  – Former a member of the BOD and CEO as Deputy BOD and CEO.

- Appointing Mr. Le Xuan Hoang  – Former a member of the BOD and Deputy CEO as Deputy BOD.

- Appointing Mr. Huynh Buu Tuan  – Former a CFO as CFO and Deputy CEO.

- Appointing Mr. Vu Van Thang  – Former Chief Accountant as Deputy CEO and Chief Accountant.
