VNM: Vinamilk to buy back stock

On October 5, 2010, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange allowed Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company (HoSE: VNM) to repurchase VNM shares from the employees who left the Company:

* Company: Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company (Vinamilk)

* Stock symbol: VNM

* Volume registered to buy back: 1,050 shares.

* Purpose: To buy back shares from the employees who left the Company.

* Trading method: Not through the trading floor.

* Trading period: From October 13, 2010 to January 13, 2011.
