Licence for securities firm for OSK Indochina

OSK Holdings Bhd has announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia has issued a licence for a securities firm to OSK Indochina Securities Ltd (OSKISL).

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, it said the licence permitted OSKISL to undertake the securities underwriting business, securities dealing business, securities brokerage business and investment advisory business in Cambodia.
