Mr. Le Phung Hao, Deputy Directors General of Kinh Do Corporation (HoSE: KDC), sold 10,000 KDC shares from December 16, 2009 to January 20, 2010 and sold 4,800 KDC shares on January 20, 2010 without announcement.
