IJC: The record date for a ballot
Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (HoSE: IJC) announces the record date to close shareholder list:
* Stock symbol: IJC
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND10,000
* Ex-right date: October 08, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on October 08 & 11, 2010, sellers will not receive rights)
* Record date: October 12, 2010
* Purpose: To ballot shareholders on a project investment and a capital increase plan.
* Exercise ratio: 1 share – 1 right
* Time of implementation: From October 18, 2010 to October 29, 2010.
* Contents of the ballot:
- Approval for a policy of building the IJC Urban Area in the Urban Industrial Service Zone of Binh Duong Province on an area of 266,638 square meters. Total investment of project is VND6,568 billion and the expected construction time is five years (From 2011 to 2015).
- Approving the submission and the ballot on a plan of increasing the Company’s charter capital from VND548,389,050,000 to VND2,741,945,250,000.
