IJC: Becamex IJC closes the representative office in HCM City

Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (HoSE: IJC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on closing Hochiminh City Representative Office as follows:

Article 1: Closing down the representative office in Hochiminh City:

- Office name: Representative Office of Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company

- Address: Tuoi Tre Building, 60A Hoang Van Thu, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan District, Hochiminh City.

Article 2: Authorizing Mr. Do Quang Ngon, Director General and Legal Representative, to implement procedures to announce the termination.

Article 3: The Legal Representative, the manager of representative office and relating departments have responsibility for implement this resolution.

Article 4: This resolution took effect from October 14, 2010.
