HDC: Resolution on a share buyback

Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HoSE: HDC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated October 20, 2010 on a share buyback as follows:

* Number of shares registered to repurchase: 500,000 shares

* Financial resource: Capital surplus until September 30, 2010.

* Trading period: In 3 months from the date of receipt of the allowance by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
