CPI increases 0.5% in October

The Domestic Market Management team has forecast that the consumer price index (CPI) will increase by 0.5 per cent this month against September. The increase is attributed to changes in several countries' economies. Global and domestic commodities and supply and demand of goods in the remaining months have also affected prices in the fourth quarter of this year.

The market will see unpredictable changes and prices of goods and products will tend to fluctuate.
