AAA: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Anphat Plastic and Green Environment JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 05/10/2010. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Plan of Increase in Charter Capital (From VND 99 billion to VND 198 billion)
- Stock type: common
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Volume of issue shares: 9,900,000 shares
- Total value of issue shares (At par): VND 99,000,000,000
- Rate of issue shares/current shares: 100%
- Issue method: issue for outstanding shareholders at rate 1:1 (Shareholders entire to buy 01 new share for every 01 share they own)
- Issue price: VND 20,000/share
- Expected time of issue: QIV/2010
2. Additional listing 9,900,000 shares after issue (QIV/2010)
3. Changing in Supervisory Board
- Ms. Do Thi Thoan has resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since 05/10/2010
- Mr. Le Thai Hung has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board in place of Ms. Do Thi Thoan with effect sine 05/10/2010
4. Approved spending of fund of financial reserve, fund of additional charter capital reserve and fund of investment and development which established since 2007.
5. Jointing in business with COECO Rubber JSC to invest in manufactory in Laos
