AAA: Correction of the news of transaction of BOD

Anphat Plastic and Green Environment JSC has announced the correct the news of transaction of 3,500,000 shares of the Board due to following reasons:

- At the listing time of AAA (15/07/2010), the Board members have owned total of 1,485,000 shares (equaling 15% of charter capital) which were restricted in transfer.

- The Board has not registered for transaction.

The Board guarantees not to make any actions toward the change in AAA prices, only the exchange market affected on investors.
