VCB: The BOD’s resolution

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (HoSE:VCB) has announced the BOD’s resolution in adjusting charter capital as follows:

Article 1: Approving adjustment in item 1 article 14 of the company’s regulation to “Vietcombank’s charter capital is 13,223,714,520,000 dongs”.

Article 2: Assigning related members to complete the resolution.
