SSC: Resolution of the Board of Directors

Southern Seed Corporation (HoSE: SSC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors:

I. The Board of Directors approved the price valuation to issue shares at a preferred price to the  Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and employees:

The issue price to the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and employees: equal to 60% of the average closing price of five consecutive trading sessions from September 15, 2010 to September 21, 2010.

II. This resolution takes effect from September 15, 2010.
