SPP: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Saigon Plastic Packaging JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
* Seasoned issue plan:
- Expected date: QIII/QIV – 2010 or the BOD will decide it
- For: Staff an dother investors
- Total volume of shares to be offered: 3,500,000 shares
+ for staff: 450,000 shares
+ for other investors: 3,050,000 shares
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Price:
+ for staff: VND 10,000/share
+ for other investors: VND 20,000/share
- The odd lot shares and shares unsold will be determined by the Board of Directors in terms of price and subject of the offering.
