Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (HoSE: SJS) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors:

* Approving SUDICO’s share buyback to increase the number of treasury shares:

* Registered volume to buy: 1,000,000 shares

* Purpose: To buy back for treasury stock

* Trading method: Order-matching

* Expected trading time: Within 90 days from trading official

* The resolution takes effect from September 13, 2010.
