SEC: An inside shareholder extends time to sell stock

A member of the Board of Directors of Gia Lai Cane Sugar Thermoelectricity Joint Stock Company (HoSE: SEC) extends time to sell stock as follows:

On July 15, 2010, Mr. Phan Tinh, a member of the Board of Directors, registered to sell 15,000 SEC shares with an expected period from July 19, 2010 to September 19, 2010. During the period, he sold only 5,000 SEC shares because of SEC’s mistakes in registration for him and unexpected price. Therefore, he registered to continue selling 10,000 SEC shares from September 24, 2010 to November 24, 2010.
