Song Da Yaly Cement JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 16/09/2010 as follows:

1. Result of seasoned issue

- Total volume of shares to be offered: 3,000,000 shares

- Total volume of shares was sold: 2,945,360 shares

- Únold shares: 54,640 shares

2. The BOD will decided offer unsold  to the investors as bellow:

- Price: VND 12,000 / share

- Offer for investors on list which the BOD decided.
