Dong Nai Paint Corporation announces the Board Resolution approved on 04/09/2010 as follows:

1. Operating results first 6 months 2010:

- Total revenue: VND 35,074 million

- Profit before tax: VND 2,566 million

- Payable to the state: VND 8,120 million

2. Operating result with partners:

- With AKZO NOBEL: 114%

- With PPG: 144%

3. Dividend payment for first 6 months 2010: 7%

4. Choosing AASCN as auditor for auditing the Company’s 2010 financial statement

5. Bonus shares issue:

- Total value of bonus shares issue: VND 1,685,770,000

- Exercise rate: 8 : 1

- Record date: 26/7/2010

- Expected date: 30/9/2010

- New Charter Capital after bonus shares issue: VND 15,182,180,000
