PVR: Notice of Share transfer restriction time

PetroVietnam Premier Recreation JSC annouced on share transfer restriction time from 21/9/2010 as stated in Board resolution dated 21/9/2010 as follow:

All of shares sold to employees in the placement plan to employees are under no transfer restriction. Employees are not entitled to transfer the share purchasing rights to another person. The transfer of shares is allowed when all the additional issued shares are listed in HNX.
