PNJ: Resolution of the BOD

Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company has informed of the resolution of the BOD in the meeting dated 3rd September 2010 as follows:

Article 1: Approving leasing a stall on the ground floor of Co.op Mart Binh Duong Supermarket, 30/4 Street, Chanh Nghia Ward, Thu Dau Mot Commune, Binh Duong Province.

Article 2: Approving setting up a branch of the company in Binh Duong

* Head of the branch: Mr Pham Quoc Viet

* Businesses: Gemstones and diamond appraisal services; Jewelry, gemstones, gold bullion production and dealing.

Article 3: Approving signing the contract with the Dong A Real Estate JSC about building, expanding the PNJ Quang Trung store.

Article 4: Authorizing General Director to decide terms and conditions; Price and contents of the contract mentioned in Article 3.
