PNJ: Resolution of the Board of Directors on Aug 23 2010
PhuNhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company announced the BOD resolution dated August 23, 2010 as follows:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the record date to implement rights would be September 10, 2010.

+ Ballot shareholders on not issuing convertible bonds;
+ Ballot shareholders on not privatizing CAO Fashion Company;
+ Ballot shareholders on continuing to set up PNJ Testing Limited Company (*) and authorizing the BOD Chairperson to decide an appropriate implementation time and rename the company or adjust documents under the Laws.
