MPC: Resolution of the Board of Directors

Minh Phu Seafood Joint Stock Company (HoSE: MPC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors:

Article 1: Decided to rent the sixth floor of the building at 21 Le Quy Don, Ward 6, District 3, Hochiminh City of Minh Phu Investment Joint Stock Company to use it as a representative office and office for sales, import-export divisions in Hochiminh City, at a price not less than prices that Minh Phu Investment Joint Stock Company offered to other companies in this building. 

Article 2: Authorized the Directorate to negotiate and sign a contract to rent the offices.
