Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint-stock Company (HoSE: LGL) has informed of releasing restriction of transferring shares of the following strategic shareholders:

* Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company: 1,000,000 shares (7% of charter capital)

* BIDV Securities Company Ltd.: 600,000 shares (4% of charter capital)

* Total: 1,600,000 shares (11% of charter capital).
