KDH: Resolution of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company (HoSE: KDH)announced the resolution of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting which was held under the method of getting shareholders’ ballots:

Article 1: The Company’s shareholders unanimously approved:

To supplement business activities:

To adjust Article 4 in the Charter of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company.

Article 2: the Company’s legal representative, foundation shareholders are responsible for implement this resolution.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect from September 14, 2010.
