HCMC Branch of First Bank allowed to extend operational duration
The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 2173/QĐ-NHNN on September 21 to allow the Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) Branch of the First Commercial Bank to extend its operational duration.
Accordingly, the HCMC Branch of the First Commercial Bank is permitted to extend its operational duration stated in Item No.2 of its License No. 09/NHNN-GP dated December 9, 2002 to 99 years from 20 years.
The Branch is responsible for registering and publicizing the operational duration extension in line with the applicable law.
The SBV Governor has assigned the SBV branch in HCMC to guide and monitor the implementation of this Decision.
This Decision took effect on the date of signing and is an integral part of its License No.09.
