HBC: Additional content of the resolution of the annual shareholders’ meeting
Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation has informed of supplementing content of the resolution of the annual shareholders’ meeting 2010 as follows:
Listing an additional 150,000 shares issued to employees in 2010 on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
Reason: In the minutes of the annual shareholders’ meeting dated 17th April 2010, there was a point of listing an additional 150,000 shares issued to employees; however it was not displayed in the resolution of the meeting.
