HAGL Joint Stock Company (HoSE: HAG) has announces an investors’ conference on August 31, 2010 in Hanoi as follows:

* Introducing a plan of restructuring its group and announcing the result of issuing 1.1 million of convertible bonds to Temasek Holding (Singapore). Temasek Holding transferred the payment to HAGL on August 31, 2010.
